Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking details by email as soon as your order ships, where the shipping method supports it.

Shipping methods and delivery times

We deliver across Pakistan by courier. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on every order within Pakistan. If an international rate applies to your destination, it is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email your tracking number and link where available. Tracking information may take some time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We ship within Pakistan. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the customer's responsibility unless collected at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct them.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help before your order ships; once it is in transit we are unable to modify it.
